Track Your Order

We will notify you once your order has shipped at the email you provided during checkout (typically 1 to 2 business days after we receive your order). This email will include the tracking number as a URL link, when available. Use this link to track the status of your shipment with the carrier you chose during checkout.

Rates and Schedules

Shipping charges are based on the shipping method you choose and the size of your product order. During checkout, calculated shipping rate are available for domestic shipping within the United States from FedEx, UPS and USPS.

Please note that the number of days quoted for standard and express shipping refers to transit time only, and does not include order processing (typically 1–2 business days). We often ship same day as your order.

Standard Carriers

Standard shipping for Pet Acoustics is by United States Postal Service (typically products weighing 2 lb or less) UPS or FedEx. Most standard shipments are delivered in 2 to 3 days from the shipping date if not earlier. The specific carrier you chose can be found on your email shipping confirmation.

Confirmation ID and Signature

UPS and FedEx may require an ID and/or signature.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package was damaged in shipment or suspect lost by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at (860) 459-8000. The carrier will inspect and collect the damaged package and subsequently damaged items will be replaced.

Gift Receipts

We offer discreet gift receipts. You will be asked when adding items to your cart.


 

Returns and Exchanges

 

Returns/Exchanges Not Purchased from Pet Acoustics Website

Returns and exchanges for purchases made in a partnered retail location or website may not be processed by petacoustics.com. If the item was not purchased here on our website, please inquire at the place of purchase for resolution.

Returns Purchased from Pet Acoustics Website

We must receive the product back within (30) days of purchase in order to issue a refund. Returns must contain 100% of original contents. Shipping fees, including return shipping fees, are nonrefundable. Please include either a copy of the packing slip or a note with your full name and your Pet Acoustics Order Number. For your protection and to insure prompt delivery, returns must be shipped using USPS with tracking to our mailing address:

We will contact you with a return confirmation to the email you provided during your order. Please allow 10–12 days for the refund to appear on your credit card account.

Exchanges Purchased from Pet Acoustics Website

If your Pet Acoustics product is non-functioning or arrived damaged we will replace it within (2) weeks from receiving the returned product.
